What is the psychology of colours and how do colours influence us mentally? Colour psychology is centred the effects that colour has on our emotional and mental states. Colour can be perceived as being quite subjective, even here in Australia we have had a long enough history to perceive the colour spectrum in a slightly different way than other western cultures.
